Fargo BJJ has a very active schedule with classes for all levels every day

          
**Class times subject to change during Holidays and special events.
Level1 - Introductory level, no experience required. Covers Self-defense and basic BJJ with the GI.

Level 2 - Includes more advanced BJJ with and without the GI. Students will also be able to move on to Randori. Requires completion of Level 1.

Black Belt - Advanced training for the students who have dedicated themselves to attaining the most coveted belt in all martial arts. Requires level 2 and instructor recommendation.

Fitness - Instructor led group workouts based on the CrossFit method. Getting ready for competition or just toning up for summer, these classes will do it! Fitness class is open to ALL levels

Randori - (Open Mat) Like a study hall, Students can use this time for review, drills and live sparring. Requires Level 2.

Thai box - Student learns the basics of the devastating 'Art of 8 limbs' utilizing Punches, Kicks, Knee's and Elbows. Requires level 2
