Coach Sarah returned from a week with Kyra Gracie motivated and loaded with not only new tricks just for the FargoBJJ women, but with invaluable insight that only a female BJJ world champion can explain! Don’t miss the Monday Ladies only training!

Due to high demand we will be restructuring the the Kids Program starting in August. Stay tuned for details but days will stay the same for current students so don’t worry about your schedules being changed. We will be adding some new classes and times with different formats as well so stay tuned for updates

Congratz to Gil Nones for earning the Blue belt this week. Gil was one of the first students on the team when we first opened and has definitely put the time in. Gil is also a great asset as an assistant to coach Sarah in the kids classes as well. Great job Gil

Also congrats to Abbie Bennefeld for passing her 2nd stripe test. Its great to see more and more women realizing the benefits of Jiu-jitsu, showing the dedication and getting on the mat to train! Wont be long before the FargoBJJ women begin to make waves around the local scene with Abbie leading the way!
