Don’t forget we now have two more Level 1 classes running at 12 noon Tuesdays and Thursdays. So now you folks with busy evenings have more opportunity to get training time in.
Coach Sarah’s Women’s Only class and training begins Monday at 5:30pm. Review the weeks classes, discuss technique, link positions together in flow drills - and ROLL. All levels are welcome, and we can adjust activities to accommodate different needs and abilities.
